is a residential based design & build firm specializing in outdoor living areas, kitchens, patios, pools, waterfalls, and exquisite landscapes.
Prolific is dedicated to excellence, unsurpassed quality construction, and exceeding client expectations through to completion.
We do not do grass cutting or snow removal.
The following positions are available:
Hardscape/Masonry/Landscape Technicians We are looking for the right experienced candidates with some or all of the following requirements:
-clean drivers license (CDL not required, but a plus) -hardscape experience (minimum 3 years for higher pay) -concrete patio form and finish -masonry walls, stone veneer, and stucco -outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and other hardscape features -knowledge and understanding of paver and retaining wall installation -understanding of transit/laser level operation and ability to set elevations -boulders for retaining hillsides, waterfalls, and landscape accents -capable of operating single axle dumps (cdl and/or non cdl), excavators, backhoes, skidsteers, hardscape and landscape small power tools, etc -good organizational skills -good communication skills, ability to communicate details and needs to other crew members, customers, and supervisors -ability to work on the job along with crew members and oversee the entire project -capable of foreseeing problems or concerns and finding solutions and making correct decisions -self motivating, crew motivating, hard working, dedicated to quality in a fast paced environment -willingness to learn and improve Starting pay based on experience and knowledge.
