Executive Assistant to CEO (Part-Time) Company:
FTTS, Professional IT Services FTTS, a leading provider of IT services, is seeking a dedicated, organized, and diligent part-time Executive Assistant to support our CEO.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing executive-level administrative tasks with an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
This role will start part-time with 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
Local to Allentown, PA area.
Job
Responsibilities:
1.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
2.
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
3.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
4.
Attend meetings and engagements on behalf of the CEO when needed, and provide concise summaries and relevant action items afterward.
5.
Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workspace, such as off-site meetings, conferences, and presentations.
6.
Filter and prioritize incoming information and requests to the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal and external mail.
7.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO when necessary.
8.
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's initiatives.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2.

years of experience as an executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior level executives.
3.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools.
4.
Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
5.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
7.
Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
8.
Familiarity with the IT industry would be advantageous.
Pay range:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
